I find them annoying. Their loud and obnoxious. People use them to scare other people, make them jump or just to irritate someone. This weekend at Summer Madness everybody was having train horn wars. To see whose could get louder or whose could last the longest. It sucked!!!!
When you trying to sleep to get ready for a new day and people are blaring their horns it's just horrible. Of course.
Don't forget this is just an opinion, everybody is entitled to one lol
